Important Update for Our Zendesk Integration: Ticket Metrics
When your customers open tickets for help, they want answers that make sense and solve their problems. Companies today consider customer support as part of the product and the overall experience that a customer has.
If you want to measure your Zendesk KPIs, the Ticket Metrics resource is one of the most important to track progress towards decreasing average response times and increasing satisfaction ratings.
Ticket metrics per ticket are now integrated into the Tickets table. This change makes loading of ticket metrics much faster, with much fewer API calls. For backward compatibility, the old ticket metrics resource still exists but is considered deprecated.
Users that need to benefit from that will have to deselect the “ticket metrics” resource and reset the pipeline or create a new pipeline. Please contact our support team in case you need help.

Important Update for Our Google Analytics Integration
Google Analytics is the go-to solution for marketers and companies.
We are always trying to find better ways to make use of the Google Analytics data and we made one important improvement. There are users that have multiple pipelines syncing data from Google Analytics to the same table. Identifying which rows comes from which pipeline was not that easy. From now on, all records imported will have an extra column “viewid” which indicates the view which corresponds to each row in the database.
We also squashed a few bugs.
Users that need to benefit from that feature will have to reset the pipeline or create a new pipeline. Please contact our support team in case you need help.

UI change in Pipeline Status: We made a few changes here, let’s dig in.
For a better understanding of the pipeline status we reworked a bit the pipeline information as follows:
1. We now present the information in tabs.
2. Status tab. This was optimized for better focus on the status of your pipeline.
The Status tab contains the current status of the pipeline. Resource status is always expanded now, without the need to click the “View details” link which has been removed. This is the default tab that is displayed when a pipeline page is opened.
3. Resources tab. This was optimized for better handling of what resources you want to sync from the data source.
In the Resources tab, you may display or configure the resources you want to include/exclude from a data source sync. This configuration can now happen independently of the other configuration options.
4. Settings tab. This was optimized for better configuration of your account credentials, schedule or source/destination configurations.
In the Settings tabs, you may review and configure various details of the pipeline like Account (your credentials to connect to the source), Source/Destination configuration and Schedule. We haven’t changed the content compared to before, however, each section can be configured independently.
Search Ability: You may now Search integration and request integrations from inside the app.
We are aware that it was frustrating for our users not to be able to search among our integration page. Now it’s there along with the ability to ask for an integration missing.
