Zendesk Integration: Ticket metrics per ticket are now integrated into the Tickets table. This change makes loading of ticket metrics much faster, with much fewer API calls. For backward compatibility, the old ticket metrics resource still exists but is considered deprecated.

Google Analytics Integration: There are users that have multiple pipelines syncing data from Google Analytics to the same table. Identifying which rows comes from which pipeline was not that easy. From now on, all records imported will have an extra column “viewid” which indicates the view which corresponds to each row in the database.

Major Update: Notifications: Now Blendo will send intelligent error notifications when something goes wrong so you will always be aware. Notifications that will be sent in almost “real time” and as needed and include cases like authentication errors, rate limit issues, Internal or External errors or availability. Intercom integration: We now support User Events 🙌 Ping us if you need it enabled.
Mixpanel integration: Import data up to once every 15 minutes. ⏱ by setting the frequency in the Schedule section. Any Mixpanel import will fetch events up to 15 minutes ago, to ensure Mixpanel has all requested events available. Please check our Mixpanel Data Model documentation.

Pipedrive integration: We now offer an improved data model which uses custom field names as table columns.
