Panoply Troubleshooting FAQ
Getting message: It seems you already own a Panoply account registered under your email.
If you get such a message in your Blendo dashboard then will need to retrieve your credentials from your Panoply account. You will need to obtain / reset your Panoply account password. Please follow the instructions in the tips below at Obtaining or resetting your Panoply database Password.
In case you have already a Panoply database connected with Blendo you may continue following the instuctions in Obtaining or resetting your Panoply database Password.
In case you haven’t then you may use our Redshift instance and add the necessary credentials. Please follow this guide.
Resetting password for your Panoply account
To reset your Panoply account, please visit this link at Panoply and enter the email address you used, and they will send you further instructions by email.
If you reset your Panoply account password, please follow the instructions in the Obtaining or resetting your Panoply database Password below to reset your database password in Panoply to make sure Blendo can still push data to your data warehouse.
Obtaining or resetting your Panoply database Password
Your Panoply database password is also your Panoply account password. You will need to:
1. Reset your Panoply password (see previous tip)
2. Login to Blendo.
3. Select and click on your Panoply db and the click Settings.
4. In the next screen click Edit.
5. At the new pop up, type the new password in the relevant box and click on Validate & Save.
I already have a Panoply account
In case you have already a Panoply account then:
- you need your Panoply db credentials
- use our Amazon Redshift connector.
